Engineering & Delivery
Designed as a system, accepted as evidence.
PrecisionX engineers the operating system for your estate across every discipline, then proves it works through factory and site acceptance before you depend on it.
Critical infrastructure is engineered, not assembled
Every deployment is designed against real dependencies, explicit authority boundaries and a documented acceptance path.
Design authority is explicit from day one
We start by naming what must remain authoritative — protection, safety, existing BMS/SCADA and customer standards — and design PrecisionDCOS as an accountable overlay around them. Nothing safety-critical is made to depend on the operating system.
Engineering disciplines
A cross-disciplinary team engineers the estate as one coherent system rather than a stack of independent tools.
Controls & instrumentation
Point engineering, I/O design, isolated/interposing relay strategy and protected 24 VDC control architecture.
Network & OOB
Site and campus fabric, segmentation, independent out-of-band and console reachability under fault.
Electrical & power
A/B power paths, PDU strategy, independent failure domains and coordination with protection that stays autonomous.
Mechanical & cooling
Cooling dependency modeling, sequence visibility and facility-to-cluster impact correlation.
Software & integration
Connector mapping, data-quality modeling, governed APIs and integration with authoritative BMS/SCADA/DCIM.
Security & compliance
Identity, access boundaries, evidence capture and compliance framework mapping built into the design.
Delivery process
A staged path with defined gates — nothing advances until the prior stage is accepted on evidence.

Standards & safety boundaries
Engineering respects control classes and keeps protective functions local and independent.
Control classes are honored
Independent safety/protection and critical electrical functions remain locally authoritative. PrecisionDCOS supervises and coordinates within engineered, fenced boundaries.
Data quality is modeled
Every point carries quality — GOOD, UNCERTAIN, BAD, STALE, OUT_OF_SERVICE or SIMULATED — so operations never act on values they cannot trust.
Firmware baselines are controlled
Signed images and a controlled firmware baseline are established at build and verified through acceptance.
Evidence is designed in
Acceptance criteria, test results and as-built documentation are produced as part of delivery — not reconstructed afterward.
Operational readiness handover
A site is declared operational only after readiness is demonstrated and the operating contract is in force.
- 1Site Acceptance Test verifies power, network, out-of-band and monitoring against documented criteria.
- 2Runbooks, escalation paths and authority boundaries are confirmed with the operating team.
- 3Baseline evidence, as-builts and firmware levels are recorded and handed over.
- 4The operating contract — response, change cadence and reporting — is activated.
